Agente Binario is in active development. Features, integrations and policies may evolve. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material changes, but you should not store critical information that you cannot recover independently.

Terms of Use for Agente Binario

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using Agente Binario, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These Terms apply to registered users, visitors of public profiles, and any person using generated links, badges or embedded resources.

2. Service description

Agente Binario allows users to create a public link page, connect social accounts, publish or hide items, generate verification badges, and share badge URLs or SVG resources.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Impersonation, identity fraud, and unauthorized access are prohibited.

• One person or entity may not operate accounts in a deceptive or abusive manner.
• You must have rights to publish all links, names, logos, and content that you submit.
• You must promptly remove any content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

4. Social login and third-party providers

Access through external providers (for example X/Twitter or Google) depends on those providers' availability, permissions, policies, and API plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation of external integrations.

5. Verification badges and tiers

Badge, tier, or score outputs are informational and are provided on an as-is basis. They do not constitute legal certification, endorsement, financial advice, or identity guarantee.

• Badge URLs can be shared publicly and may be indexed by third parties.
• You are responsible for how and where you publish your badge resources.
• We may update scoring logic, thresholds, or badge format at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

• No malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive redirections.
• No automated abuse, scraping beyond normal browsing, or service disruption attempts.
• No infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or consumer protection rights.

7. Moderation, suspension and termination

We may remove content, suspend features, or terminate accounts when necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or protect users and platform integrity.

8. Intellectual property

Agente Binario and its software, design, branding, and non-user content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the platform.

9. Public content and third-party links

You acknowledge that public profile pages and some metadata may be accessible to any internet user. We are not responsible for content, uptime, or practices of third-party websites linked by users.

10. Warranties disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify the service operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the platform, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie disclosures form an integral part of these Terms and describe how personal data and consent preferences are handled.

14. Changes to the Terms
